The first interview stop is at the University of Washington, Tacoma, where Mom will be interviewing an eighteen-year-old named Kacey Kravitz. Kacey graduated high school two years early. She is known for inventing a robotic dog that can help children with Autism learn how to communicate and interact with others in a safe environment.

While Z starts off a little klutzy, she ends up finding her groove and being able to set up all her equipment properly. Except for almost forgetting the adapter cables under a table, she has a successful first shoot, and she and her mom celebrate with ice cream.
